Responsible for MIS operations
Manage, maintain, and update the programme MIS
Coordinate and assist the programme team and other relevant staff members in regular data updating on Nutrition Information Management System MIS
Update the MIS according to the needs of programme reporting
Maintain and update the database as per changing requirements
Maintain close liaison with MIS section and Programme MIS Officer on overall MIS-related matters
Records data by operating data entry equipment, coding information, and resolving processing problems
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
Check source documents for accuracy
Enter data from source documents into a prescribed computer database, files, and forms
Transcribe information into the required electronic format
Collect, compile data, maintain MIS and generate the report as per approved protocols and time framework and share with partners and other stakeholders as per organizational policy
Any other task assigned by Supervisor
Assist in designing project-specific monitoring tools
Assist in the development of formats for effective and clear reporting
Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines
Trace screening status and inform the District Nutrition Officer
Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor
Data key punching of Household assessment of Food Security & Livelihood
Record keeping of all beneficiarys data revenue village wise
To submit daily reports to line manager
Daily maintain field team records
Field visited of vicinity of Badin district
Identify drought affected areas
Baseline templates filled duly and analyzed
Investigated the reasons of increasing drought
Develop database as questionnaire was pertaining
Provide support to project staff on agriculture-based project
