Responsible for CIJ/TIJ Printer Installation and Maintenance. Responsible for Maintenance Serialization Machine. Responsible for Maintenance Data Logging Systems. Documentation & Perform Temperature Mapping Activities. Calibration Related Documentation. Calibration as per Master Plan. Calibrate all Instruments Installed in Inside Manufacturing Area and Technical Area. Such as Pressure / Temperature Transmitters, Pressure /Temperature Gauges, Differential Pressure Transmitter/Gauges, Pressure Switch Electronic Balances, Safety Valves (PSV), Pressure Reduce valve (PRV), Temperature Recorder, Vernier Caliper, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, and RPM Meter, Dissolution Apparatus Instruments. Responsible for Fire Alarm Schedule Maintenance per master panel. Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarm panel Smoke Detector, Heat detector, Call point, Alarming Bell. Responsible for Access Control Machine Installation, Maintenance. Responsible for installation and Maintenance of Markam Imaje Inkjet Printer, Video Jet Inkjet Printer and Coder Printer. Responsible for Maintenance of PABX and Telephone Line, and Tele Conference Experience.
