Piping Radiographic Test, Ultrasound Test reports reviewing, piping welding inspection.  100 percent supervision of installation & commissioning of all imported static and Rotatory Equipment.  Ensure 100 percent closure of internal audits as compared to Audits conducted.  Compile and review and communicate Quality Policy to all relevant internal and external interested parties.  Comply with Monthly and Long-Term sustainability Objectives.  Play an integral role in establishing a system of Context of the Organization, Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT).  Conduct Customer Feedbacks and analyze Customer Satisfaction and ensure that all customer is satisfied and achieved minimum 70 satisfaction criteria.  Monitor performance of External providers and ensure that minimum performance is achieved i.e. 70.  Actively participate in Management Review Meetings at planned intervals and ensure that all issues are reported to Top Management and responsible resources accept their responsibilities.  Compile Risk, Process based and System internal Audit Program (approved by Top Management).  Compile Internal Audit checklists as per Audit Objective and Scope and conduction of Opening and Closing Meetings based on Internal Audit Plan.  Review working documents as per Internal Audit Criteria and Conduct Site Tours, Interviews through Questionnaires.
