Design and implementation L2/L3 (EoIP,IP-IP) VPN for Customers on MicroTik Router Board
Pro-active monitoring, Identify, diagnose and resolve network problems
To identify/troubleshoot issues occurred in Network on any platform and then escalate towards relevant teams i.e datacom/OFC and DVB team
Entreating clients issue regarding route optimization on specific international destinations on which clients faces issue and then coordinate with upstream providers i.e TW1 or PIE ad get that resolved.
Coordinating with Upstream provider regarding any service degradation if persist in network.
ManagingPacket Shaper for upgrading/downgrading/segregating bandwidth
Active network monitoring through various NMS tools like VNC ,PRTG, Advance Host Monitor.
Handlingcases/ client quires using ticketing system
