Coordinate outreach/field activities for the community towards promoting sexual health and access to the Project's services, with a primary focus on community and their sexual partners.Manage and coordinate a number of outreach workers who will implement the various STI/HIV prevention strategies amongst the differing sexual networks and sexual sites of community/ HIV key populations, including hot spots. This may mean working at night time hours.Conduct continuous action-based research, identifying the various sexual networks and range of sexual behaviors within those sexual networks as well as identify the specific needs of community/ HIV key populations.Through the outreach workers, ensure that community/ HIV key populations have access to appropriate sexual health services, information and products, such as condoms and lube, STI treatment, HIV testing (including self-testing), PrEP, counseling, among others.Work with other staff in developing appropriate educational and prevention resources for community/ HIV key populations and their sexual partners, using appropriate imagery and terminology.Provide regular monitoring and evaluation reports on the fieldwork being done, including outreach worker assessments.Abide by all the policies and guidelines of Project and to actively promote anti-discriminatory practiceand confidentiality in the work.Coordinate the Project Drop-in Centre (DIC) and the various services that it providesCoordinate the effective sexual health outreach programs for the community through the team of outreach workersManage and coordinate drop-in center activities for clients towards promoting sexual health and access to the other Project services.Develop and maintain a range of support groups and social meetings for Drop-in Centre users that meet their needs, including community-building activities, specialized support groups, social meetings, and other appropriate activities.Maintain monitoring records of all Drop in Centre.
