warehouse Supervise: Supervise all warehouse operation, storage of all material/supplies, equipment’s, equipment maintenance and monitor staff while working in the various functions loading and unloading activity. • Receive material, deliver material, replenish stock, and pick orders as needed in order to ensure the operation is meeting its customer’s requirements. • Delegate and assign tasks and targets and evaluate the working of staff. • Resolves discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports. • Manage the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of same to validate results. • Perform monthly physical inventory counts. • Ensure all shipments are labeled correctly. • Organize and conduct necessary training activities for the staff and workers. • Maintain 5S program in whole warehouse. • Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed by the warehouse staff. • Secures warehouse by turning alarms on, testing systems and Emergency Response Procedures. • Implement the company’s Health and Safety Policy, ensuring safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse • Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel to attain specific goals and measurable results. • Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience as needed. Conduct disciplinary action as needed. • Evaluate complaints received on equipment’s and supplies and take appropriate action. • Ensure all periodic maintenance is performed timely on all material handling equipment’s, HVAC & Gent Set. • Ensure the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment. • Oversees warehouse maintenance and housekeeping. • Ensure all shipments are labeled correctly. • Meet all department mandated time frames and deadlines. • Perform other duties as assigned by the management (Invoices, Purchase Requisition, weekly and monthly KPI’s).
