Held accountable for directing, coordinating and exercising functional authority to supervise the site activities. Ensured site laboratory tests for crushing concrete cube, FDT, speedy moisture and documents review, reported deficiencies found at site/noncompliance with verbal instruction and accomplished non-conformance report (NCR). Exercised hands-on approach to implement project quality control plan, quality assurance procedures, specification method statement and inspection test plans. Functioned in close coordination with Project Manager and judgments and solving problems. Efficiently formulated bar bending schedule, and delivered comprehensive inspection reports with high accuracy and consistency.Designed and supervised contractors inspection & test plans (ITPs) and quality plans to ensure discipline related work, also participated in inspection test (IRs) submitted issued by the contractor and devised adequate action plans.Served as a resource in all efforts to guide the contractors site engineers/supervisors on method to achieve a higher standard on quality in a clear, professional and nonconfrontational manner.Organized progress meetings with the ministry engineers, optimized performance of the work in line with plans and specifications.
