- Designed orientation plan for head office employees and supervise to ensure its implementation.
- Supervise and coordinate the performance management process from objective settings to mid-year review to final appraisals.
- Ensure PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) and PDP (Personal Development Plan) is developed for employees highlighted through appraisal process or as and when needed.

 Organizational Development
- Developed and Maintain HR Policy Manual as per the company requirement by doing research on best practices of the industry.
