The auditor position is responsible for counting all physical inventory, generating department audit reports, reconciling computer data with the
physical counts taken and reporting on errors found. The position works with each department to suggest ways to reduce errors in inventory
accuracy. The inventory auditor also performs inventory audits of paperwork and data entry at the receiving dock, each department transfer area
and any of the outbound areas, such as shipping or layaway

Prepare packing list for overseas projects as per given priority from production department.
Allocation of the Manpower according to the site day to day requirements.
Collecting the reports of Sub-Contractors and Supply Laborers from the site.
Coordination and making the Reports.
Submitting the Daily Reports to the site Management, Consultants and Head Office.
Making the Weekly and the Monthly Reports and Summaries.
Manual and computer Entry of the Pay Rolls.
Making the Attendance cards and Pay rolls of the Supply Labors.
Preparation of Inter office memo for the issuance of particular documents to the concerned department
Checking all the documents received from others companies and enters in system.
Transportation Arrangement of Laborers’.
Ensure the Use of Proper PPE of Labors and taking Quick and Necessary Action against the Violator
Look After All units Housekeeping and Arrange Material as per Requirement.
