In this capacity, I have led numerous medical camps across Punjab, KPK, GB, and AJK, where I oversaw logistics, fostered collaborations with partner organizations, and ensured the smooth delivery of free medical services.One of my significant achievements at Transparent Hands has been managing our free surgeries program at over 60 panel hospitals. This program covers various surgical specialties, including gynecology, general surgery, pediatric and adult cardiac surgeries, pediatric surgeries, and ophthalmology surgeries. Through this experience, I have developed expertise in operational management and resource allocation.In addition to my operational responsibilities, I also serve as the Head of Medical Procurement. In this role, I am responsible for ordering medicines, tracking inventory stock, and managing all procurement activities. My procurement domain extends beyond medicines to include medical equipment such as lab supplies, hepatitis kits, laboratory kits for different diagnostic tests, diagnostic machinery, and other equipment used in medical camps.

I completed a 1 year clinical training program known as house job. During this period, I acquired clinical and diagnostic skills, as well as honed my abilities in counseling, history taking, and patient handling.
