As an Operations Manager for MCB Bank my duties included Administration, Policy Making Processes all Operations issues of a Branch Banking. While working I was primarily involved in sales marketing as Branch Deposit, Bancca, CAR leasing.
My current job duties as a customer service executive with Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited include resolving customers queries related to i.e. Billing, Service Requests, and Payments and manage high volume workloads, resolving more than 70 enquiries a day, meet performance benchmarks in speed, volume and accuracy, and providing training to the new staff. My current job duties have endowed me with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in documentation, strong command on Oracle CRM, record keeping, and problem solving.
I am currently studying Cost and Management Accountancy, where I have completed the Operational Level and am in process of completing the Managerial Level. I have covered concepts in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Business Communication Informational Technology and Audit and Enterprise Management.
