Receive and manage information about the arrival of materials at port, status of Customs clearance, loading of materials and logistics movement.
Regular coordination with logistic companies related to the logistic movement, estimated arrival time and daily arrival of vehicles.
Collect information about vehicles and delivery staff from logistic company, preparation of entry passes, to make sure the timely and smooth entrance of logistics at Site, Security clearance of Vehicles and delivery staff.
Coordination with relevant material receiving department, planning of material offloading at yard or warehouse.Â
Make sure before offloading that the materials arrived at Site are damage free and prepare reports about its status. Also make sure that the delivered material is according to the ordered quantity.
 Make arrangements to assure the damage free offloading of the materials.
Make the arrangements and prepare the documents to send back the temporary import material.
Responsible to coordinate and report to Chinese logistic manager at Site about the logistic movements, arrival of material and vehicles exit after offloading.
Communicate with insurance companies regarding the claims against materials damaged during transit, make sure the access of insurance personnel to the warehouse, and attend the meetings with them to make acknowledgements of the claims against damaged material.
