Ensure and monitor the safety requirements as per approved HSE plan.
To control and maintain all HSE related documentation and records.
Responsible for preparing Daily weekly and monthly HSE reports, HSE statistics
Review & compile HSE procedure as required with any kind of change etc.
Conducting every day Tool box talks and Participate weekly Coordination meeting
Daily working site inspection, monitor and Rectify unsafe condition and unsafe action of worker.
Monitor and implementation all compliances of Health & safety according to (OHSAS 18001:2007).
Monitor and implementation all compliance of Environmental management system(ISO 14001:2004)
To face Internal & External Audits.
Devise and provide safety training to employee as appropriate (i.e. Orientation, Induction).
Ensuring the work permit system and safe work plan before starting the work.
Inspection for construction activities Tools and equipment’s.
To collect accidents/injuries data from sites and follow up for timely completion of safety monthly statistics report. Ensure its distribution to all concerned after approval of site managers
Inspection of Fire Equipment’s on regularly basis.
To Participate Weekly HSE Management Safety Audits.
Implementation of Emergency Response Plan, Evacuation plan and drills on company standards basis.

• Developed site specific HSE Plans and Programs based on risk and regulatory requirement.
• Duties included helping & the contractor/ sub-contractor for fulfill the requirements and
implementation of company HSE, Policy & Procedures.
• Provide safety and health and risk management consult services and monitor safety
standards and working practices during all construction, commissioning and start-up
activities for the Gas Processing Plant.
