Update record of repaired, backup equipment, review ready to deliver equipment and update weekly job status.
Prepare Sales & Support Quotation for clients.
Follow up with clients for new business and renewal of old contracts.
Coordinate with Sales Manager / CS Manager for sales & customer related matters.
Coordinate with client’s to solve their issues.
Prepare database of local clients.

Generate win / lose / pending report and forward to country Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Manager for review.
Review “Daily Call” of all regions and take necessary actions for RED calls of MC key accounts.
• Follow up on WSDS, regarding MC Key accounts and arrange the backup.
• Monitor the repair time and quality of job done.
• Monitor collection of backup issue to customer
Run helpdesk E-mail and replies.
