More than four years’ experience in planning and managing all phases of multidisciplinary projects on Professional development of education stakeholders (visiting Lecturer, Supervisors) Institutional Development, Social Mobilization, Community Development, livelihood Projects, Gender & Development, and Assessment & Research. Prepared and reviewed Concept Notes, proposals and project management plans; assessed budgets and administered contracts; monitored field activities, resolved project related issues, conducted training for capacity building of new staff and students, & community to improve skills and managed liaison with stakeholders. • Responsible for all administrative, HR, Financial and Operational matters of SDF.
• Serve as Secretary of SDF during all BOD meetings.
• Facilitating and establishing business group (men / women) and Field Farmer enterprise and marketing group (FEGs).
• Responsible to keep close laison with the sister non governmental organization working in skardu, especially with the SDP and AKRSP.
• Preparation for all Vouchers (Receipt,Payment, Jounal etc) and getting authorization / approval from concerned quarters and posting them on the BOD approved accounting software.
• Preparation of periodic statements of all financial activities carried over by SDF and make presentation to the BOD meetings.
• Report monthly updates of project activities.
• Developing close working relationship with the key stakeholders, community activists, and religious leaders for awareness activities.
• Write and submit at-least one project proposal every month.
• Supervise the staff (Social Mobilizers and other support staff)
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist the Finance committee in financial affairs of SDF.
• Assist the HR committee in personnel and administrative matters.
• Planning and delivery of all training and workshops in the target area
• Monitoring of the projects using different tools questioners, interviews, checklists, formats.
• Support and co-ordinate with community and staff and Related Agencies like Social Mobilization Firm, all other partner organization and BISP.
• Preparation of Weekly, Quarterly, progress Reports.
• Coordinate in engaging for conducting surveys/evaluations/studies
• Provide feedback to all concerned about progress/performance, successes and failure.
• Preparation of monthly work plans, narrative and figurative reports,
