Work as regional coordinator TI/Design on KSGM (KDDI Summit Global Myanmar) Project with state owned cellular operator MPT and Japanese company KDDI.
Lead the Site Design on major project scenarios like FTK (full turnkey) Co-locations and TS (tower sharing).
Planning the TI(telecom implementation) and RAN activities.
Designing, Planning and finalize the Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) including their Indoor and Outdoor access locations.

Work as RAN Engineer on Ericsson 3G and 4G LTE Swap Project with Pakistani cellular operators Mobilink GSM (An Orascom telecom company) and Warid Telecom (Abu Dhabi group) respectively.
Interaction with concerned customers,operators and planninng the RAN activities like installing,dismantling old equipment and ATP after installation
Rectifying the Post Installation activities along with the customers during ATP
Planning and Managing the twenty teams of different Subcontractor companies including LCC,Relacom,Myson,KSS and KCN to resolve their sites access issues with concerned and different guest site operators companies through proper channel according to SOP
