o Responsible for the whole project, which is running at Muzaffarabad & further Report to Project Manager
o Taking daily report from Muzaffarabad staff and report to Head Office
o Responsible for evaluation and monitoring of the project
o Finding majors issues and gives recommendation to head office for improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:
o Leading the Human Resource department and report to Manager HR. Managing the team of Human Resource Coordinators and Human Resource Assistants of North region
o Conducting the recruitment and selection process (interview conduction) of indirect staff of North region
o Conduct employee orientation program
o Review the HR Policy manual and with reference to that formulate and execute the SOPs
o Conducting the Process of Performance Evaluation of the employees and selection of the employee of the month
o Monitoring the process of new induction of direct staff (guard force) i.e. NADRA verification, allotment of employee number, card preparation, verification and transfer to branch or zone
o Dealing the promotions, increments, interim appraisals show cause notices, warning letters issuance and transfer cases
o Maintenance of long rolls of all the employees of North region, keeping records (files of the indirect staff) and monthly attendance record keeping of indirect staff
o Dealing the discharge cases, Provident fund, death insurance and gratuity cases of the employees of North region
o Responsible for all affairs of direct staff, Like Employment, Posting, Transfer, Leave, Discharge, and Promotion etc.
o Responsible for implementations and interpretation of company policies throughout the Region
o Providing leadership by facilitating the implementation of HR related policies, practices and programs that will maximize the performance and retention of the company’s employees (Guard Force)
o Resolve grievances maintain discipline and integrity in the highest order in the entire region
o Coordinate and provide support to recruitment, training and other department achieve organization goals
o Responsible for friendly environment built on the spirit of teamwork and professionalism
o Correspondence with the EOBI and SESSI officials and maintenance of proper record on a company’s behalf
o Responsible for the employees Health Insurance
o Coordinate with Research and Collection Services Division (RCS) for employee verification
o Responsible to give feedback and suggestions to HR (HO) for the betterment and improvement in HR Affairs.
Administration Experience:
o Preparation of Purchase order request (POR)
o Dealing with vendors
o Preparation of voucher
o Vendors record, contact no etc.
