Managing daily O&M related issue ,Telco & non-Telco
  Daily KPI analysis (NAR,CSSR,DCR) and working for improvement of degraded KPI’s
  Responsible for operation and Maintenance of all sites in C-3 Region(Gujranwala)
  To provide uninterrupted infra services to operators in cluster by ensuring optimum utilization of resources on 24*7 basis. It involves direction, development and controlling of field staff responsible for site operations.
  Coordinate all Cluster incharge, Technician for ensuring no power issue and Manage Infra Uptime as per SLA guideline (99.99% as per KPI’s) at all cluster sites
   Fault reduction & management, Power & Fuel, Site management from technical perspective, Energy management, owner issues clearance, Data management, Site cleans (Hygiene of site) etc.
  Carrying out the Preventive & breakdown maintenance (PM) and DG servicing schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of Utility of all Equipment as per standard process
  Review and analyses the repeat failure cases and take immediate corrective and preventive actions to avoid any repeat failure
   Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of , DG,AC, Battery Bank, Transformer and all alarms & electrical wirings, Earthing,all other passive work
  Planning & Cost control and ensure that the operation is running on schedule and within the budget

  Monitoring ,troubleshooting & reporting of microwave Transmission issues of Complete region Center -5 (RSL degradation, High Bandwidth utilization, RTN alarms )
  Monitoring, troubleshooting & reporting DC air con issue and resolving High temperature on battery bank for complete region.
  Resolving day to day issues to improve assigned cluster performance
  Maintaining efficiency of Sites within assigned fuel target.
  Performing CM/PM activities and maintaining 100% target
  Working on low TCH availability cells to maintain network.
  Resolving Daily BSS/Transmission alarms.
  Ensuring maximum network availability with minimum cost.
 Meeting with WAPDA persons and resolving WAPDA issues and over billing cases
 Achieving 100% cluster KPi’s(TT closure, vehicle efficient utilization, Fuel registeration,PM performance, RF issue handling, Costumer complaints etc)
  Working on ZTE and Huawei rectifier system

 Working on Merged KPI’s of Sales (Recharge, MFS, Prepaid sales, Devices etc.) & Engineering (NAR, CSSR, DCR etc.) along with costumer.
Managing Telco inventory for whole region
Meetings with costumer on Network availability and stability related issues.
Managing Teams of the whole region.
Reporting and Tracking of daily Telco issues in Network.
Working on low TCH availability cells to maintain network.
Reporting Daily BSS/Transmission alarms and tracking till resolution.
Working on Daily Network KPI’s(DCR,CSSR,HSR etc)
Working on Ring Nodes and Ensure NMS visibility of the complete network.
Troubleshoot the VSWR, RTWP issues, Troubleshoot any Media issue in the M/W chain
Working on Power cube sites, and their visibility on Neteco
Working on RTN 300/900 series

  Working on RTN 910, 950, 950A and 980 for 3G
  Cross connection, media testing on RTN ring and OSN network.
  End to end Ethernet OAM testing of services configured for sites of Ufone 3G projects.
  End to end 3G services testing with Data Communication team and PTCL.
  Working on Ring Nodes and Ensure NMS visibility of the complete network.
  Configuring XPIC (1+0, 1+1) links to achieve the target RSL
  Working on OSN, and ensure the complete media root from site end to RNC
  Troubleshoot the VSWR, RTWP issues, Troubleshoot any Media issue in the M/W chain
  Configuring the E-LAN services and V-LAN ID’s against each site
  Weekly meeting with Customer to discuss issue and ensure stability of network.
  Reading the Stats of RNC and troubleshooting regarding Issues
  Checking the complete Connectivity of fiber to the RRU’s and BTS
  Ensure complete PM of the site, Maintain the RNC and troubleshoot issue regarding RNC
  Internal and external Alarms of BTS 3900 and power cube for Node B

§  Configuration of new sites.
§  Configuration of Micro wave link .
§   Maintaining & Troubleshooting of BTS
§   Rectifying Site issues/alarms.
§   Coordination and follow up with assigned subcontractor for installation of new Evo Sites.
§  SMR (Site Material Request) Preparation and follow up with subcontractor to deliver required equipment at Sites.
§  Examine Civil work at sites.
§  Alarm verification at Sites through BSC.
§  OMCR support
§  Responsible for acceptance of our new sites in region & submitted signed Pat,FAC, & 12 month Service Acceptance documents.
§  Configure of Vlan Ids

§  Log Files analysis and recommendation to optimizers for network stability
§  Complete reporting of all DT activities within region
§  Daily KPI monitoring and comparative analysis on daily basis
§  Involved in Benchmarking of C-II (Faisalabad) region including M-III motorway and G.T roads.
§   Complete cluster drive testing.
§  Drive testing in different modes like Scan, Idle, Dedicated, data testing mode.
§   Physical site audits Call Quality Testing and troubleshooting of Interfered cells,
§   Sharing reports of DT activities with concerned management working on CDR cells to improve the QOS.
§  Drive testing on customer complaints and suggesting solutions to the operator.
§   Walk test and static data testing within buildings
