General Management and Leadership
- Ensure IRP member and mission from IRW are fully briefed on all aspects of security, social and cultural norms and local conditions and behaviour;
- Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with District Administration other NGO’s, provincial and local government elected representatives , bilateral and multilateral donors, and other principle stakeholders including the military where present;
- Create the conditions to ensure effective teamwork and morale.
- Ensure all project staff understand and carry out their duties in accordance with humanitarian principles, core values, IR International Code and SPHERE.
- Conduct performance appraisals of project staff and ensure regular feedback and mentoring on individual performance;

Public Relations / Media
- Support the PR/Media team in the development of constructive working relationships with media representatives to build international and public profile and ensure positive coverage and the timely provision of situation reports and fundraising material to IRW.
Safety and Security
- Liaise with the local Sr. supply chain officer to ensure compliance with IRP Security Guidelines and their effective application in the local context;
- Monitor the operational environment with respect to increased level of threat and advise the District Coordinator and IR Security Officer/Security Focal person.
- Follow the appropriate communications means to meet operational and security requirements;
Administration
- Ensure that administrative support functions are supported in accordance with IRP administrative policies and procedures;
- Ensure compliance with country legal, contractual, labour and statutory requirements.
Financial Management and Planning
Ensure with the Finance department, the maintenance of IRP financial protocols and accounting systems for all field interventions.
Polio Eradication Initiative Program Monitoring
1, Conduct regular field visit as per travel plan with the expectation to spend around 90% of their time in the field.
2, The Field Monitor will move in their earmarked geographical area, however each of the field monitor can be asked to work in any district of the province.
3, Field Monitor will follow the checklists prepared in coordination with third party and will report back daily to Monitoring & Reporting officer and provincial field coordinators with findings as per the approved schedule of reporting and field visits.
4, Field Monitors will be deployed in the field in the form of teams. Each team will be earmarked geographic / thematic area for working in consultation with supervisors with for this assignment.
5, Field Monitor will not be permanently district program restricted and will move across the district when required, according to the need of the program.
6, Field Monitor will also arrange video, audio recording interventions, gaps, issues of the key events in the field.
7, Field Monitors to act in accordance with highest standards of ethics and code of conduct.
8, Teams will document a case study, lesson learned or any good practice in their respective area.

JDs:
To act as district focal point to coordinate and support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of district PEI and EPI social mobilization and communication planning (particularly SIAs) in the assigned district in collaboration with Department of Health and polio partners.
Leading and Supervising
• Directly supervise the work of Tehsil Supervisors (TSs) & Unit Supervisors (USs) in the assigned district through frequent field visits, review meetings, appraisals of reports and review of performance.

CMAM (Community Management of Acute Male Nutrition Project supported by UNICEF & WFP
The Project Coordinator will ensure that health and nutrition program meets the standards in four key areas: a) moderate and severe acute malnutrition programming (CMAM); b) infant and young child feeding; c) child health –; d) emergency nutrition care (mobile/statistic clinics, home visits) for internally displaced people and in host communities. The Project Coordinator will lead or participate in conducting and assessing rapid assessments and/or surveys of the affected areas, identify the main public health risks, potential future risks, and recommend immediate priority health and nutrition actions. Additionally, the Project Coordinator may participate in the development of concept papers, project proposals, and contribute to the revision of the emergency response strategy and operational plan.

The ADO’s responsibilities include
1. Advise senior management on programmatic strategy, including where to focus program resources, how to develop operational relationships with the PA’s office, and how to address programmatic challenges as they arise.
