over seven years' experience in planning and managing all phases of multidisciplinary projects on Institutional Development, Social Mobilization, Community Development, and livelihood Projects, Gender Development, and Human Rights Advocacy. Prepared and reviewed Concept Notes, proposals and project management plans assessed budgets and administered contracts monitored field activities, resolved project related issues, conducted training for capacity building of staff community and managed liaison with stakeholders. I am adhere with the concept of non-profit management and the concept of social enterprise for better community impacts. Job purpose:
Overall supervision and management of project plans and actions for European Union funded Deepening Participatory Governance Project in Baltistan region through social mobilization of communities, rehabilitating and building community social infrastructure and strengthening the capacity of the Civil Society Organizations and local government to plan and supervise inclusive development.
• Provide technical backstopping to the project team throughout the project cycle management
• Provide strategic direction and leadership in the programme area of Governance and participatory development.
• Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with Local implementing Partners and support resource mobilization for CSOs (Civil Society Organizations)
• Engage CSOs/LSOs through different workshops/trainings to develop Sustainability Plans
• Identify Capacity gaps of the CSOs/LSOs through different tools SAT-Self Assessment tools and IAs-Institutional Assessments
• Creates networks and promotes initiatives with partner organizations/Civil Society Organizations;
• Overall supervise the Social Infrastructure Projects (WASH, Missing Facilities in Schools, Irrigation Channels, Link Roads, Culverts etc.) in close collaboration with Project Engineer
• Support the project team to Identify needs at the local level and develop priority based VDP-Village Development Plans and ADP-Annual Development plans for the region
• Ensures the effective application of RBM (Results Based Management) tools for programme effectiveness and achievement of results;
• Timely Submission of Monthly Quarterly and Annual reports of regional activities
• Administered project/program budget up to $ 5- Million and allocate financial resources as per work plan and ensure donor’s compliances
• Provide technical inputs in program development process/proposals for future interventions.
• Maintain a high level intense public relations and advocacy with the Local Government and Rural Development, LSOs and district administration.
• Promote effective public private partnership (PPP) to ensure quality service delivery and improved governance.
• Engage in overall political analysis, impact assessment, and participate in strategy development to advance Program goals.
• Carry out staff development and ensuring team and work environment.’
• Ensure that AKRSP's financial, administrative, personnel, gender policies and procedures are implemented
• Support M&E Team to conduct impact assessment, case studies and surveys
