 Monthly cost up and down activity. (Ex Rate, material impact & etc)
 Cost reduction activities (negotiation, new project, process study, new resources)

2- Local Vendor Procurement
 Forecast
 Scheduling and monitoring of BOM (Bill of material)
 Inventory Control ( minimum level/ Maximum level, Buffer stocks)
 Purchase Orders
 Planning and Production Control
 Supplier Delivery Evaluation Monthly and improvements plan
 Supplier Rejection Evaluation Monthly and improvement plan
 Local Suppliers Payment (Invoice Matching, Aging, Cheques/ Pay orders)

3- Import Procurement
 Forecast
 Raw Material Ordering (Purchase Order)
 Shipping schedule (RTA/ ETD/ETA)
 LCs opening
 Follow up of shipping documents
 Custom Clearance Process

4- General Purchase (Market Purchase)
 Purchase Machinery parts/ consumable items (Local and import)
 General Items of bill of material
 Price negations (Sourcing)
 Vendor Payments
