Planning and organizing departmental activities.
Member of the JCIA Focus Group for developing strategies and ensuring compliance to applicable standards and measurable elements both pre-audit and during the survey days.

Liaising with other functional areas/ departments for smooth flow of services to the patients.
Managing aggrieved patients and diffusing the situation by on spot counselling.
Preparation of monthly attendance and salary sheets as well as departmental staff rosters.
Managing executive and general physical checkups.
Planning and executing training for all reporting staff in liaison with HRD based on needs identified.
Conducting inter-departmental clinical audits followed by preparation and sharing of audit report.
Monitoring international business (Afghan patients) along with maintaining, justifying and presenting its growing/ declining trends.
