• Working on initial verification and preparing compliance report for the campuses sold to franchisee.
• Handling Financial and compliance activities for more than 400+ schools.
• Working in liaison with solicitor for registering the logos with the registrar of firms. Also discussing the difficult matters arises between franchisee and group in the light of agreement signed.
• Work in close coordination with other departments (especially Sales and CRM Dept) in order to bring synergies in day-to-day operations.
