I have been working in development sector since 2005. I have specific experience in women's empowerment project. Amongst my various responsibilities in my professional experience, some of the prominent ones are related to community mobilization, behavior change communication, coordinating. Community mobilization, behavior change communication responsibilities include managed and supervised the community mobilizers and health educationist, developed and translated the manuals in local languages, conducted participatory trainings, formatted social action groups, implemented social projects .In addition to involved PEER study. I have also done report writing & documentation of research findings, as well as various literature reviews.

· The incumbent provide technical oversight for all community mobilization activities undertaken by field worker marketing (FWMs) and IRADA community mobilizers.
· Support the Head of Technical Services Department in operationalizing RHF’s BCC strategy at the grass-root level through field worker marketing (FWMs) and IRADA community mobilizers.
