I was employed in National Database and Registration Authority of Pakistan in 2009. In NADRA my major services were related to issuance of identity cards to citizens of Pakistan. For NADRA I also worked at some national project sites such as Watan Card, Benazir debit card and 2013 election project. I also worked as incharge of mobile data acquisition unit of NADRA; here I have worked for Afghan refugee registration project in 2015. I have also undergone assignment of registering people of war-torn area of Bara belonging to Federally Administrated Tribal Area of Pakistan and I succeeded in processing their request in emergency situation.
It is to mention that i am a qualified Server Administrator and my skills include proficiency in system support, trouble shooting and complaints handling with a special knowledge of IT operations. Have a strong aptitude for learning and also love programming and mathematics. Solved majority of customer’s grievances that were typically handled through NADRA’s business support system. Given raise in salary by chairman of NADRA in 2011 due to good performance. Ranked 4th in final exams while studying at Edwardes College, Peshawar, Pakistan. I was Accepted with Scholarship to GIKI a highly ranked University of Pakistan.

Did on job training: responsibility was to solve/repair payment device’s issues faced by Moneris client through managed services.
System Engineer
Hired as a System Engineer and managed IT operations in NADRA Registration Centers, Benazir Income Support Program, Watan Card project and Election project 2013. Provided system support and help desk services. Performed data acquisition and other services for issuance of Computerized National Identity to general public. The IT tasks that I performed but not limited to following were as follows:
· Installed Linux Redhat OS for local Server, Windows OS for client stations, Oracle 9g for Local Database, NADRA NIS applications for client stations.
· Updated Linux OS by running scripts provided by T&D department in HOD site manager.
· Installed digital Camera, thumb digitizer, printers and Scanner along with their software’s.
· Updated software and applications as per requirement.
· Installed Local Area Network .
· Diagnosed and troubleshot applications problem, operating system problems and hardware problems including faulty power supply, RAM, Hard disk, printers, LCD, digital camera.
· Diagnosed and troubleshot local area networks (LANs) and internet connection problems.
· Managed resolution like recovery of data and restoration of Operating system.

· Configured IPs for systems.
· Established VPN connection for client stations and synchronized client systems with NADRA NTP server.
