In my entire career as a MEAL person, I designed and managed MEAL systems with innovations and promoting MEAL methodologies in various organizations. Supported MEAL unit in implementation of MEL Framework, Theory of change, Log-frame and various monitoring activities by;
• Conducted M&E activities for 150 small and large infrastructure and non-infrastructure grants collectively of worth Hundred Million US Dollars.
• Collected Qualitative and Quantitative data for measuring progress and PMP indicators by carrying out 300 Field monitoring activities and interviewing more than 3000 individuals of 60 communities within three years.
• Supported in implementation of Theory of change by carried out 50 Outcome assessments exercises; Contributing to Impact and measuring Theory of Change in same period.
• Conducted In-depth interviews, Key Informant Interviews, Focus Group Discussions tools and techniques for data collection by using more than 25 data collection tools.
• Carried out activities to ensure participation of the vulnerable communities in planning and implementation and post implementation and support to technical team members.
Supported the program designing and implementation team with implementing MEAL activities by;
• Monitoring, Identification and documentation of success stories, lessons learned and case studies and special broad based outcome studies so that activities are implemented in relevance and effectiveness with efficiency and appropriateness.

• Support MEAL unit in developing and Implementation of project learning’s at programmatic spectrum for reference, incorporation and compliance in future initiatives.
• Extended support to program and MEAL unit in developing monitoring plans and subject specialist in developing and implementing of related tools, conducting research activities, baseline surveys.
• Conducted Capacity building activities over M&E mechanisms for two hundred community members of twenty Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in Twenty Union councils of District Rawalpindi.
• Facilitated MEAL Unit by successfully conducting two Baseline surveys, One Need assessments, One Mid-Line and One End-Line Evaluations along with data collection from 3000 targeted community members during short span of one month.
• Performed supervisory role to Data enumerators for Data collection and Data Entry processes.
• Database management through verification, validation, cleaning of data and by documentation reviews.
• Implementing tools for collection, analyzing and reporting qualitative and quantitative data based on ToC and VfM.
• Perform remote monitoring/desks reviews by analyzing program activities, collect financial data and reports with regular meetings with program team.
