Prepared Balance Sheet, Purchase Journal Summary.
Supervise and Ensure of Procurement Procedure must be followed.
Processing of Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Received Note (GRN) related local & foreign currency payments.
Processing petty cash advances, petty cash expenses and adjustment payments.
Processing construction, security, transportation, maintenance & other contract related payments.
Processing travel related advances, hotel charges, ticket charges visa charges etc. and adjustments.
Processing PO related foreign and local currency advances & adjustments.
Processing third party related payments (freight forwarder & clearing agent payments).
Processing of utility bills payments.
Processing release of payments (ROP) advances & regular payments for both local & foreign Currency.
Processing staff related advances adjustments and reimbursements and other staff related payments.
