•Involved in recruitment and selection of Permanent as well as Outsourced staff through referrals of respective Circle so that the right candidate should be hired for the right job.
•Acting as main point of contact for general HR inquiries for both internal and external customers
•Assists in disciplinary action cases by providing necessary information/documents in a timely manner
•Serves as key member in assisting General Manager for staff HR issues and their resolutions such as requests for resignations, transfers, and retirements. Also responsible for maintaining MIS of TA/DA, headcount etc.
•Handle disputes and grievances to foster conducive working environment
•Help in conducting performance appraisals of the staff
•Assessing needs for Training & Development of staff members and coordinating training s for Organizational Development
•Update leaves of Lahore circle on Leave portal (SAP)
• Responsible for allocating and deputing interns in suitable branches for entire circle
•Assist HR Coordinator for staff HR related issues and their resolutions
• Process Medicals bills of retired, clerical and permanent staff
•Process confirmation cases of permanent staff
• Coordinate with branches regarding different assignments and handle their various queries
•HR & Office record maintenance for proper Record Keeping
•Process resignations and retirements of permanent staff
• Keeping training records of staff attending training and keeping records as up to date as appropriate
