• Monitoring day to day HR operations at regional level
• Overseeing staff recruitment and selection
• Participate in applicant interviews as part of the interview panel
• Ensuring conduction of staff orientation for new recruits
• Executing staff performance evaluations as per HR policy
• Monitoring daily attendance
• Overseeing the payroll process
• Monitoring personnel file maintenance of IHS & seconded staff
• Assisting in audits and reviews
• Dealing with Employees grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR plans
• Providing support to HR staff for completing task
• Perform any other related duty as assigned
• Support HR in Recruitment process
• Ensure all files are timely updated.
• Check the attendance sheet daily and mark the absent staff.
• Prepare HR documents as directed by the HR team.
• Assist in recruitment.
• Ensure all the recruitment documents are properly kept and updated accordingly.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and ensure that the interview documents are ready before the interview date.
• Support Operations department if assigned
• Orientation of newly joined staff members
• Any other task assigned by the management or supervisors
• Ensure all interview documentation is complete a day in advance to interviews.
• Assist the Officer is ensuring the recruitment process is conducted both effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain personnel files as per proper Employee Coding and ensure they are updated regularly.
• Ensure joining documents are duly filled and signed by all new employees and that all deliverables are provided along.
• Ensure timely dispatching of all documents to the field/Islamabad and maintain a tracking record.
• Compile data for Health Insurance on regular basis and communicate to the Officer for further review. Responsible for Health Insurance related matters and queries, keeping track record of Health claims and their disbursement;
• Responsible for making timesheet tracker on monthly basis and follow up for timesheets.
• Assist the Officer in providing supporting documentation for Payroll purpose.
• Assist the Officer in maintaining an updated HRIS at all times.
• Prepare and distribute of Staff ID cards.
Perform any other task as and when assigned by the department
• Assist in developing & maintaining personal files of Staff members according to the standards checklist.
• Data entry for various reports.
• Assist in maintenance and updating of staff time sheets & leave Records.
• Making Interview calls and Scheduling interviews according to the given schedule
• Assist in conducting reference checks and performance evaluation process.
• Facilitate in the retrenchment process of staff by maintaining their personal files according to their standard checklist.
