Job Description as Client Relationship Assistant in(NGO)Islamic Relief Pakistan.

Program Introduction.Mobilize and engage community members to increase their knowledge and understanding of Islamic Mood of Financing program, promote community trust and participation, and encourage behavior change.
Field Work.Plan and organize community mobilization activities such as community meetings, door-to-door visits, and community outreach events.
Business Growth.Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve objectives by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans.
Portfolio Management.proactive collection perusal, ensuring timely repayment of loans & negotiation directly or through others elements included in employer's distribution channel.
Compliance
Building Relationship.Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local business community and community-based organizations.
Coordination.Work with community members to identify and address barriers to immunization uptake, including misconceptions and misinformation about Islamic Mood of Financing.
Reporting.Monitor and report on community engagement activities and outcomes to inform program planning and decision-making.
Training.Participate in training and capacity building activities to improve knowledge and skills related to community mobilization and immunization programs.
