Led an HBS funded -Policy Advocacy project

• Supported in FCDO funded V4D Project from designing to initiation, executing, and monitoring the intervention.
Coordinated all, Strategic implementation, collaboration, coordination, operational, logistical processes of the project.
• Support in coordination and partnership with government and partner agencies at National level
• Supported to develop and maintain detailed plans for projects, producing them in a variety of formats as necessary to suit audience.
• Support Project coordinator (where appropriate) to provide appropriate and timely project/program updates to key stakeholders.
• Regular travel for monitoring the interventions to project locations e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Sukkur, Quetta, and Peshawar.
• Provide support in compilation of reports and information management of the project(s)/program linked to his/her areas of responsibility.
• Support the Project coordinator to ensure compliance to all Donor requirements.
• Provide support in project implementation by addressing challenges in the project performance to ensure set targets and outcomes are achieved in line with resources available.
• Leading a Social media advocacy campaign titled AwalInsaan on all Social media platforms specially Facebook, Instagram, and twitter.
• Provide support and organize key project review meetings, reflection and learning events and partner visits.
• Carry out all the activities in line with people first principles and ensure VSO core approaches of social inclusion & Gender and social accountability are integrated in the project.
• Abide by VSO core values and other VSO policies regarding, Safeguarding, Gender Sensitivity, Child Protection, Data Protection Act, Confidentiality and Security.

• Placed in Punjab Emergency Service Rescue 1122 as the specialist by VSO International.
• Assisted as the Coordinator between partner organizations (Rescue1122 & VSO Pakistan) by keeping
• Close coordination with the project execution team (Rescue 1122) and the project lead (VSO).
• Assisted the head of the wing at Rescue 1122 (Govt. entity) to plan, execute and report the activities keeping in mind the government functions and protocols.
• Trained rescue safety officer WASH in Covid-19 on SDGs 6,11
• Carry out all the activities in line with people first principles and ensure VSO core approaches of social inclusion & Gender and social accountability are integrated in the project.
• Support VSO and partner organization Rescue 1122, in social exclusion and gender analysis to establish the relationship between gender and disability and sexual health in VSO Community Safety program under V4D grant funded by FCDO.
• Establish key gender and social exclusion issues that hinder disabled and other marginalized adolescents, youth, and adults to achieve a better sexual and reproductive health and establish service-related factors.
• From this baseline, and from the results of the social inclusion and gender analysis, work with VSO staff, Partners to develop a response that will promote positive sexual and reproductive health for vulnerable adolescents, youth, and adults.
• Support the CERTs to collect Social Accountability data using online means and generating reports of the same.
• Support the CERTs to organize and interactive sessions with duty bearers and generate action plans from the sessions.
• Support CERTs through coaching and mentoring to act on the action plans.
