Responsible for Shampoo making operations with 100% Qualifications.
Responsible to complete the process related documentation i.e. BPR, SHOTO board CIL, Center-line, DDS
Responsible for the Operation & Maintenance according to plan, leading of teams in accomplishing shift activities.
Ensure machines are running as per center-lines defined in process control strategy.
Manage daily maintenance system for breakdown elimination through the implementation of 'Clean to Inspect' process for handling defects during early stage.
Responsible for Autonomous Maintenance of owned Equipment (CIL, CL, DH).
Owned Maintenance planning and scheduling system.
Responsible for Maintenance in shift proficiently performed routine & preventive maintenance of Pneumatic, Hydraulic & Mechanical Equipment.
Accomplished classroom & on the job training on various areas as such Quality & Safety views
Ensure 100% adherence with QA/Safety Daily Management Systems (DMS)
Conduct/Participate in Quality/Safety meetings.
Responsible to maintain GMP standards all over the department.
Authorized SAP user to create notifications and work orders for progressive maintenance.
Produce machined parts by operating machines; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Plans machining by studying work orders, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, location of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available;anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock
Sets up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three and four-jaw chucks, tools attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; timing heads.
Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to international standards.
Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations; taking measurements detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and controls; sharpening and replacing worm tool; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
