 Bookkeeping and Invoice requirement according to Sale Tax Act 1990. Manage Tax compliance, planning, reporting and e-filing of Income tax, Sale tax and Withholding return. Resolving tax and bank issue with director.
 Prepare Input/output Tax and sent to lawyer for review. Prepare Cheque, deduct withholding, make challan and sent deductible certificate to all suppliers. Handling Import documents, L/C, GD, T/T, Bank Statement, Utilities Bills, and Sale Tax Invoice etc. Keep an eye on Import using WEBOC portal and sent report to director on daily basis.
 Prepare financial statement, production, stock and other relative report on director request. Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
 Liaison with internal auditor to facilitate regular and exceptional review. Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency, Hire and train new employees on financial operations
 Oversees the operation of Accountant, Cashier and Internal Auditor in order to achieve department’s goal and achievement. Developing external relationships with auditors, lawyers, bankers, supplier, fbr and other statutory body.

 Handling complaint procedure, leaves & phone records and controlled the work environment
 Checking daily log book of Transport, Employee office timing and telephone record etc
 Prepare different sheets like petty cash, salary, and office stationary etc
 Prepare Reports like transport log book, Cost Budgeting, Financial statement etc
