Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Finalizing the project scope and plan and developing estimates for retail site construction projects.
• Physically monitoring of the projects at the site. Ensure that project tracking is done properly and reported to the Project Manager.
• Ensure project execution is at per Shell’s standards & as per Explosives bylaws.
• Ensure quality of work at sites. Ensure that the Project quality checklist is filled on time and available at sites. DT/ NDT is monitored to ensure quality.
• Ensure that Project KPI score is maximum. Min expectation would be achieved against all projects in the region.
• Ensure that targeted HSE targets are achieved on monthly basis.
• Ensure that vendor Desktop office audits assigned are carried out as per plan.
• Help Project Managers to achieve 100% site validation.
• Ensure that all project Stakeholders are managed properly.

a) Optimization work & Installation Internal Floating Roof (IFR) at PMG Tank 30.48mx14.63m & Tank 24.38mx14.63m at Machike “Pakistan State Oil”
b) Installation of Internal Floating Roof (IFR) at PMG Tank 16mx12m at Machike “OILCO Petroleum (Pvt.) Ltd.”
c) Installation of Internal Floating Roof (IFR) at PMG Tank 22mx19.51m at Sahiwal “Euro Oil (Pvt.) Ltd.”                           

Projects:
a) Construction of 22000 MT Mogas Tank & Associate Facilities at PQ Karachi Terminal-3” “Bakri Energy Limited”
b) Maintenance Work of 36mx20m Floating Roof Mogas Tank:8 at PQ Karachi Terminal-3 “Bakri Energy Limited”
c) Rehabilitation Work of 3x1750 MT Semi Buried Mogas Tanks at PQ Karachi Terminal-1 “Bakri Energy Limited”
d) Construction of Bulk Oil Storage Terminal at Daulatpur” “Attock Petroleum Limited”
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Supervision of Bulk Oil Storage Tanks, Piping Works, Structural Works & Internal Floating Roof (IFR). (Fabrication, Erection, Welding)
• To ensure that all the construction activities are carried out by following the requisite Standards and provisions of the Contract Agreement.
• To ensure that project activities proceed as per the approved schedule of activities without compromising on the quality of work.
• Preparation of Running/Final Bills.
• Preparation of daily/weekly physical progress reports of the project.
• Preparation of Inspection reports.
• Attend meetings with the project team, subcontractors & Client.
• Detail study of construction drawings for minor errors and omissions, if any, and make necessary adjustments at the project site with the consent of the project head (Client).
• Implementation of HSE policy & rules during the execution of the project.
