Key Responsibilities:
 
I)        V-8 Safe City Lahore Project:
Scope of work
 
·         LLD working on complete network and Field site assets i.e. ECV (Emergency command and controlvehicle).
·         Currently working in Data centre for maintenance and troubleshooting of multiple tools’ servers and software’s.
·         Responsible 24*7 Level2/3 Technical Support for Live of Huawei Customer Punjab safe city Network issues.
·         Resolution Routine Operation issues KPI degradation, Alarm, Slow browsing, system faults, and board fault.
·         Disaster (Fire accident) Recovery, Node outages, Critical Man-made accident emergency Network service recovery.
·         VIP complaints Handling, Network assurance, accident/disaster recovery of systems on Key Event.
·         Quarterly Health Checks to identify hidden risks and rectify to avoid any unforeseen issues.
·         Routine check of globally released precautions and rectifications and implements timely in live network.
·         Contingency customized scripts preparation for critical Core nodes Outage for emergency recovery.
·         Ensure Customer satisfaction and Seeking Provisions to deliver better service to customer.

·         VOIP installation and hands on expertise.
·         Data centreservers up gradation activity.
·         CAD and GIS failover activity.
·         Responsible for making all the configuration files for each for failover activity.
·         ECC, DCC, EDAC, MMC, DATA CENTER, VCC, NOCSOC.
·         Video wall troubleshooting.
·         IPNV network keyboard configuration and troubleshooting.
·         Check the health of CAD, GIS, IVS, EMS and ICP servers on daily basis.
·         Taking part of CAD, GIS, IVS, EMS and ICP up gradation activity.

·         Logical and physical connectivity of network devices.
·         Responsible for the Standard Racks rectification for each room and designing the layouts and labels of the DATA Centre installed.
