Review the filled trainings forms to check the completeness. In case of incomplete / missing information, contact with relevant staff to complete the missing information.
Data entry of trainings forms into web based Management Information System.
Manage the hard copies of trainings forms into proper files and folders.
Facilitate district staff to extract training information from training database.
Support district team for routine service delivery data collection from target facilities on monthly basis.
Submit collected routine service delivery data after the reviewed by M&E Officer/NCH Coordinator/ District Coordinator.
Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail; verifying and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing data.
Records data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving processing problems.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
