HR Executive & Administrator
Major Responsibilites
o Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
o Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
o Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information
o Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
o Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing
o Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
o Receiving and sorting daily mail
o Update calendars and schedule meetings
o Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
