To design and implement curricular and extra-curricular activities to boost up teachers as well as student capacity and confidence.

To arrange seminars and workshops to build the capacity of teachers.
To support teachers to design and implement the course.
To Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of school.

 To facilitate in creating linkages with CBOs, NGOs and other supporting organization in targeted area of networking, information sharing and to find possibilities of collaborative work. 
To implement social mobilization. 
To work with field team and remain in intensive and regular contact with community. 
To prepare monthly and quarterly plans and reports. 
Report the management regarding the update activities in working community and progress of BHP Project. 
Pay the regular monitoring and evaluation of education project of BHP and analyze the progress in schools and community. 
To be ready to work to in unconditional tasks & more capacity for the development. 
To assist the program manager in selection, orientation and trainings. 
To conduct community meetings in villages and organize seminars and workshops.
