• Finalization of Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) of the project.
• Develop and finalize of all formats, quality assurance tools and protocols to be used for monitoring of programme activities
• Support programme team for development of programme implementation manual especially different formats to be used for record keeping,
• Undertake regular monitoring visits to target districts for monitoring of the programme activities, identify gaps in implementation and quality and provide feedback to partner RSPs and field team for improvement in implementation,
• Validation and verification of data shared by partner RSPs and share findings of validation with project staff of RSPs, project manager and senior management of RSPs for corrective measures,
• Regular capacity building of partner Rural Support Programmes for monitoring of programme activities,
• Support the M&E team in implementation og surveys(baseline, mid-term and end-term) and evaluation of the pilot innovations proposed under the programme,
• Effective management of third party for baseline, midterm and end line assessment of the programme,
• Documentation of key lessons learned and share with RSPs for reinforcement of best practices in programme implementation and quality improvement,
• Prepare KPI tracking report to be submitted to the donor
Key Responsibilities:
• To coordinate and oversee the development of Annual Work Plan (AIP) and
prepare necessary tools for monitoring of project activities.
• To develop, update and implement Project Monitoring Plan(PMP)
• Take monthly work plan of the activities to be implemented by the DPOs, Social
Organizers, and CRPs and submit the consolidated monthly work plan to the
Project Manager for onward submission to Donor.
• To track the implementation of the planned activities of the districts to ensure that
all activities are implemented as per planning and negotiate the plausible
reasons with DPOs for over/under achievements against monthly planned
activities
• Participate in the process of development of the training module and develop the
key indicators for successful training event and trainer.
• Observe the Training of Trainers conducted under the project for the field teams. S/he
will identify the gaps in training and share the feedback with resource persons
and training coordinator for improvement in quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities of the STEP Project
• Develop Framework & Manual of Instructions for each of the monitoring checklists
• Develop a system for monitoring data collection, analysis and reporting (feedback and feed-forward)
• Develop Quality Assurance processes at the levels of monitoring data collection, analysis and reporting of the data
• Assist the M&E Coordinator in developing monitoring and evaluation mechanism and smooth operation of the activities
• Develop and refine tools for on-going activities related to project
• Travel to the districts to monitor collection of data and data of research studies
• Take a lead role in conducting baseline survey and compiling the results of the project
• Provide support in research related activities of STEP Project
• Develop and maintain electronic data base
• Coordinate and liaise with District teams and AKU-IED staff with respect to timely collection of Monitoring & Evaluation data.
Key Achievement:
• Led an internal activity to assess the status of project’s 135 Teaching Resources Centers and 20 Main Schools. It involved designing the statistical ranking framework for the centers and schools, questionnaire for the data collection, training of the enumerators, implementation of the data collection process, analysis of the collected data, reporting writing and presentation of the findings to the higher management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field monitoring
• Conduct training of field staff, enumerators and supervisors on the M&E and research data collection tools and process
• Assist project team in designing questionnaire, sample and data collection plans for the Qualitative and Quantitative surveys.

Key Achievements:
USAID Family Planning & Reproductive Health Project: A Quantitative Baseline Survey
• Implemented, coordinated and monitored the quantitative baseline survey in district Rajanpur of lower Punjab, commissioned by ‘Family Planning and Reproductive Health’ project of Marie Stopes Society (MSS), Pakistan
• Supervised and led a team of 40 smembers, including the district project officers, supervisors and enumerators.
Research and Advocacy Fund (RAF) Evidence for Innovating to Save Lives Project: A Qualitative End line Survey
• Monitored and coordinated implementation of the qualitative end-line survey in the districts of Haripur, Pakpattan, Khanewal and Rajanpur. It included Indepth Interviews (IDIs) with project team and Focused Group Discussions (FGDs) with Cohort Study participants and members of Community Support Groups (CSGs).
• Led a team of 4 Supervisors, 4 Male Mobilizers and 40 Female Community Mobilizers and coordinated with a total of 88 participants of Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and In-depth-Interviews (IDIs).
RAF Evidence for Innovating to Save Lives Project: A Quantitative End-line Survey
• Assisted the research team in sampling, questionnaire designing and implementation of a quantitative endline survey of the project ‘Evidence for innovating to save lives’ of MSS, Pakistan in 8 districts of Pakistan.
• Coordinated with external consultants for a smooth data collection on a sample of over 6300 individuals in 8 districts along.
• Coordinated and led the process of data editing, cleaning and entry.
