Worked on thesis about Comparison of the Factors Influencing Interviewer Hiring Decisions for Applicants with and Those without Disabilities. Want to know which factors that influencing during hiring decisions. I worked on three factors, my first factor is Applicant's Attractiveness, another factor is Applicant Self-Presentation and the last is Applicant's Qualification Evaluation. I got the 280 respondents to analyzing the result that which factor is most important in our organization and the result was that applicant's physical attractiveness and qualification evaluation is an impact on hiring decision process rather than self presentation.

It is a course related project we relaunched Fruiti-O Juice by making proper media plan for example used price strategy, promotion strategy, production strategy, placing and distribution strategy. Removed some SKU's to build new flavor and Tatra Pack also in minimum cost. Used pricing strategy according to people preferences.

Its a course related project based on Recruitment and Selection. We analyzed the gaps between actual and real practices used in an organization. We research on the company of Dolmen Groups and our topic was External Recruitment. We analyzed basically which sources actually use in an organization and what are best practices that we can used during recruitment and selection of any applicants. Their are most of sources to select participants during external recruitment but it is impossible that organization used best practices. Many sources that we studied like Advertisement, Employment Agencies, Job Fairs, Executive Search, Internship, Company Database, Unsolicited Applications/Walk-in Interviews, Employee Leasing and Temporary Hiring.
