COORDINATE WITH SITE ENGINEERS ON DEFINED SCOPES & PHASES. ENCOMPASS OPERATIONAL, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND SAFETY ASPECTS WITHIN THE PROJECT. COORDINATE BILLS OF MATERIALS & WEEKLY & MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORTS FOR THE PROJECT.
