Admin Related Responsibilities
To check all administrative tasks like Transportation, Mess, Security, Janitorial, Procurement and Civil works.
To check and sign all bills related to administrations of the establishment.
To Manage inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies and also measure and report on the effectiveness of departmental activities and operation.
To maintain the relationship with Vendors.
To maintain communication record related to administration.
Any other administrative task assigned by the management.
HR Related Responsibilities
To check all Development and implementation of HRM policies and SOP’s
Designing, developing and maintaining recruitment and selection process in the organization
Antecedents and employment verifications of newly hired employees
Effectively dealing with grievance issues to ensure employee satisfaction
Manpower budgeting and planning of each department aligned with organizational goals
Annual review of minimum wage, hiring scales and other benefits
Responsible for payroll management system, time/attendance management system
Maintenance of HRIS database of more than 300 employees.
Provides training to all levels of staff on performance management and systems.
