MoxiWorks is an agent platform that develops software for lead generation, websites, CRM, marketing, and lead management. MoxiWorks sells its product to real estate brokerages. Brokerages then offer this service to their agents.I handled customer inquiries and addressed technical issues related to the website. where I effectively addressed customer inquiries through emails and chats. I have gained valuable skills in technical support and customer service .Currently, I am seeking new opportunities to further apply my skills and expertise in customer service.

Handling cooperates clients and their issues
