Quality Developer
• Nominated as a quality developer for IKEA, responsible for the development of new products and ensuring that all the compliances are met through external testing.
• Analyze test reports and responsible for maintaining compliance for North American IKEA articles.
• Conduct Product Risk Assessment and develop corrective action for the critical process to mitigate the challenges during bulk production.
• Perform product inspections of new development and present to IKEA PNE for first batch inspections.

• Developed Manufacturing Control Plan for all processes, restructured process flows, and revised SOPs, WI, and Quality Manual.
• Implemented the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology for Process Improvement and Root Cause Analysis.
• Established an SPC dashboard for Quality Assurance Internal KPIs & External KPIs monitoring.
• Provide training on Quality Management systems and Lean Tools. Conduct internal audits.
• Assist Managers during Quality and Social Audits conducted by Third-Party Auditors.
