Learning during Internship:
▪ Orientation and Hands on SAP ERP and usage of other tools
▪ Value Chain Analysis
▪ Processing of all Supply Chain Statutory Requirements including:
• Bill of Lading
• Goods Receipt Note
• Goods Declaration

Worked on Key Supply Chain Operational Activities:
▪ Planning of local and import supply chain calendar
▪ Making Purchase Orders on SAP
▪ Completion of Bank payment instrument (Bank Contract, LC and Advance Payment) and follow ups with cross-functional teams for proper execution
▪ Maintained a dynamic database of Vendors/Suppliers and Banks
▪ Coordination on artwork and bromides with cross functional teams
▪ Value Chain analysis and improving savings for Gross Margin Improvement
▪ Exploring new Raw Material and Packaging Material sources
▪ Assistance in budget 2020 exercise
▪ Visits of Warehouses to handle raw material and packaging material issues (Batch No., GRN, etc.) on the spot
▪ Explored contemporary situations and future innovations to add value
