Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
· Lead and manage small to medium projects independently.
· Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes
· Advises customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architecture

· Configure and customize the CRM system based on design specifications.
· Works with the cross-functional areas to secure resources and ensure resourcesare used effectively.
· Measures and monitors progress to ensure that a project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations.
· Organize & perform Outdoor customer site visits (initial visit, demonstration, negotiation, etc.)
· Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
· Manage and be responsible for the sales and marketing team, their performance, schedules, and sales achievements.

●Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads through Social media. ●Contacting Potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and setup meetings.

●Developing quotes and proposals.
●Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person.
● Working as a media manager under the umbrella of MA Group of Companies which have 6 companies.
● The company provides Import and Export services, Digital marketing services, SEO, Web designing, custom software development, and ERP solutions.
● Design their digital marketing strategy which includes (Facebook, YouTube and other platforms to create online presence)
● Contacting Potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and setup meetings.
● Supervise web designers to make their company profile and websites.
● Script making for (documentary and testimonial videos) of their clients.

• My part is to provide packaging solution which includes Industrial Machinery, Packaging Material & Raw Material, Aluminum Tube, PE Tube, Plastic Laminate Tubes, Pet Bottles, Labels, Tapes and some allied products.
