I have worked on different roles in the Customer Services like as a CSR, ESR, Team Lead, Team Coordinator and Quality Auditor in different organizations. - Was responsible for managing team reports like attendance, AHT, FCR, CSAT and to present team performance in a Client meeting every week and for the monthly Quiz of CSRs
- Worked as Quality Auditor and was trained on 21 different campaigns.
- Was responsible for auditing calls and presenting the quality report to Team Lead, Manager and Client.
- Was responsible to make sessions with CSRs on the quality every month.
