●        Executing Preventive and Shutdown Maintenance in Back Process, Finishing and Inspection Departments
●        Supervising Operation and Maintenance of Nitrogen Generator and Smart Indigo Plant for production and storage of Smart Indigo Dye.
●        Planning and Execution of Structural, Fabrication Works, Piping Systems and Storage Tanks in the industry for Heat, Gas, water and Steam Systems.
●        Department KPI monitoring and resolving Floor related issues of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost through assigned SOPs.
●        Identifying wastage and proposing improvements with ensuring compliance of Mechanical and Maintenance Department at Floor.

●        Planned and Executed Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Ammonia Refrigeration Reciprocating Compressors on the field.
●        Experience with different Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals and Alloys, mechanical and fatigue testing, failure analysis, metal forming, machining, heat treatment and case-hardening.
●        Leading test methods and Model development of different Engineering Materials and Polymers for auxiliaries and spares of Ammonia Refrigeration Compressors.
●        Managing and Leading different engineering projects including Mechanical and Metallurgical works related to the field.

Instruct Students To
●        Machine parts to specifications using Conventional machine tools, such as Lathes, Millings, Shapers, Drill Machines and Grinders.
●        Adjust and operate basic or specialized Machine tools used to perform machining operations.
●        Align holding fixtures, Cutting tools, Attachments, Accessories and materials onto machines.
