End to end responsible for all regional Telecom activities (BSS,
Transmission, RNP) from RFI to on air target.
Providing Technical support and expert suggestions to all regional Teams.
Maintenance of BSC 6000(V9R8),BSC6900(V9R11) BTS 3900A and
M2000
Dealing with M2000(CME), PRS server and KPI issues
Configuration and Commissioning of BSC 6900 (GO/UO) and BSC6000
Handling issues related with Back office and front office.
Integration, commissioning and configuration of New sites
Handling expansion activities of BSC (GOMU configuration and interface
or BSC expansion
according to requirement of customer depends upon BSC dimension)
Alarm management and alarm handling of all severity level
BSC, M2000 Monthly Health check & Escalation to vendors & Higher

Fault management & Network Surveillance. Being NMC engineer,
Ensure minimum Outage time in the network and at the same time
maximize the grade of Services
Network monitoring, analysis and auditing using the OMC-R and its
various tools including Top Level User Interface, Alarm Monitor, Alarm
History, Configuration management, Fault and test management and
software management. Monitor the logging of Customer Problem Descriptions and resolve or
escalate to the relevant support area.
Ensure all interfacing departments and management are notified of faults,
their effects and the estimated time of rectification
Diagnose network faults and assign to appropriate groups for rectification
Interact closely with other fault coordinators/analysts and internal/external
work centers in the resolution of all network related incidents
Initiating in time TT (Trouble Ticket) to Managed Services for any fault
occurrence and taking follow-up for its quick and within SLA rectification
using Net watcher Fault management tool and INSPUR TT Platform.
