v Checking and ensuring that separate gate passes are issued by the shipper and checked at gate by the security guard at gate for every stock moving out in third party vehicles.
v Tally system stock movement (Purchase, sale & closing stock) by taking hard copies of system reports with the store keepers on daily basis.
v Surprise physical 100% stock count at least twice a month to ensure no stock shortage.
v Keep management informed of any discrepancy or anything out of ordinary that may transpire.
v Responsible for claims against the companies and that they are timely adjusted.
v Responsible for Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)
v Responsible for Market Receivables and ensuring that they are kept at a minimum, as per directives of the Management.
